The College Was Established in the year 2018 and is the brightest jewel in the crown of Rao Mool Chand Shiksha Samiti (khatoti khurd). It is located on the east side of the city narnaul, Just 7km on Narnaul to Singhan Road, in the natural Habitat village khatoti khurd(Narnaul).
